Terms of delivery

Order and send

• It is not possible to pick up your order at Koshercheese.nl.

• Koshercheese.nl outsources the home delivery of the orders to PostNL.

• Ordered and paid before 16:00 will be shipped the next day. When you place an order during the weekend, we process it on Monday.

• The shipping time is an indication, not a guarantee. Transport companies can also experience unexpected delays.

• Delivery times may deviate on national holidays and memorial days due to the PostNL timetable.

• Keep this in mind when ordering for Easter, King’s Day, Liberation Day, Ascension Day, Pentecost, Father’s and Mother’s Day, Sinterklaas, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

• Koshercheese.nl is not liable for any damage you may suffer because the order has been delivered to an incorrectly specified address.

• Pay attention to a different invoice and delivery address.

• The cheese that Koshercheese.nl supplies does not have to be transported refrigerated. Our cardboard shipping box is sufficient for our vacuum-packed cheese. The vacuum-packed cheese can be stored in the refrigerator for at least 4 weeks.

• Koshercheese.nl is not responsible or liable for incorrectly entering the age.

Order did not go according to plan?

In the unlikely event that the shipment of your order has not gone as desired. If a product is damaged or not received with the desired quality, we would like to hear about it as soon as possible. Send an email with a photo of the obsolete product, no later than 48 hours after receipt of the package, to info@koshercheese.nl and we will solve it for you.

 

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. If you want to use this, you can contact us via info@koshercheese.nl
After cancellation you then have 14 days to return the products. Do this as much as possible in the original packaging to the sender. After the products are returned by us in the correct condition we will ensure that you receive the full order amount, including the shipping costs incurred, back from us as soon as possible.

If we suspect that due to the nature of the order, this could be due to, for example, quantities or frequency and therefore start to have doubts about unlawful use by young people, we are justified to contact the person ordering.
