When will my order be delivered?

Koshercheese.nl strives to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If Ordered and paid before 4 p.m. it will be processed and shipped the same day with PostNL. You can then expect your order to arrive in the Netherlands within 1 business day. For an order to Belgium you can expect 1 to 3 business days. When an order is placed on Friday after 4:00 PM, or during the weekend, we will process it on Monday.

Can I always rely on the delivery date?

In principle, the delivery date is always met. Koshercheese.nl keeps an eye on the shipping time of our carrier every day, so we know exactly when your order should be shipped. When you order your cheese well in advance, Koshercheese.nl makes the utmost effort to have your order delivered on the specified delivery date. It is important to know, nonetheless, that transport companies can also experience unexpected delays.

Will my order be delivered on time during national holidays and anniversaries?

Delivery times may deviate on national holidays and memorial days due to the busier and different PostNL timetable. Think about this when placing your order for Easter, King’s Day, Liberation Day, Ascension Day, Pentecost, Father’s and Mother’s Day, Sinterklaas, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

Who is liable for the incorrect delivery of my order?

Every order that arrives at Koshercheese.nl is carefully checked on delivery date and shipping address. If anything is unclear, an email is always sent to verify the data. Koshercheese.nl is not liable for any damage that may arise of an order delivered to an address incorrectly specified by you. Therefore, please pay attention to whether the invoice and delivery address is correct.

Are the items always in stock?

Most items are always in stock. In some cases it may be that an item is instead unexpectedly out of stock. This is because we are dealing with small-scale local production. If this is the case, Koshercheese.nl will immediately contact you to offer a possible replacement item. If you still want to wait for a new stock, the delivery time will be extended by a maximum of 5 extra working days.

Will an invoice be sent?

As soon as your order has arrived at Koshercheese.nl, you will receive an email with all order details and an invoice. Companies will receive an invoice by email afterwards. If you would like to receive a VAT invoice, you can request this.

Where does Koshercheese.nl deliver?

Your order can be delivered to any home address within the Netherlands and Belgium. For the delivery of your order, no shipping costs will be charged within the Netherlands. For delivery in Belgium, Koshercheese.nl charges € 3 shipping costs. If you want to ship cheese within or outside Europe, that is also possible. During the checkout procedure, shipping costs will be calculated based on the specified address
